downloading problem...

I clicked the "get manual"--said it was downloading but I can't find it---where did it download to? all I got was a picture of the first page to the rithe of the data

0 I should explane --I am trying to download the owner's manual--I clicked "Get Manual"--after it was done I couldn't find it. there was a pic of the front page just to the right of the download, but no manual
