5 It sounds like the colours have been contaminated in the printer. Have you tried doing some print head cleans? That should fix it. You can do that in the maintenance option through the computer. Otherwise the waste tank could be full and seeping colour back up into the print heads of the cartridges. Try doing a few head cleans, and if that doesn't work take it to a printer repair place.
