When I print out a 4X5 photo, there are white lines running up and down on the photo. I don't know on you clean the heads on this machine. I can't find the button for head cleaning on the Epston R320. Also I have an Epston Stylus Photo R380 that use all the time...B411A JL7K074254...that just stopped printing today and reads ..contact Epston for repair. Where do I send it for repair?
