Question About Fisher-Price Digital Camera J8210 / J8211
camera won't turn on...

I have two fisherprice cameras I purchased for my girls. They now both won't turn on - I've changed out both the AA and the 3V battery - had the radio shack guys make sure all connections are clean - etc. and batteries are inserted correctly. The are. The cameras won't turn on - what else might be the problem?
