my grandson's camera just stopped turning on and it wasn't very old. we have changed the batteries several times and made sure they were put in correctly. He is very upset that it won't work. This was not a cheap gift.....we expected it to be kid tough. and he never dropped it or misused it at all. Please tell us what to do with the dead camera.
