Cisco ceased support for this item Dec 2013. I have a Flip Video Ultra HD and unable to update firmware to the last update. I get Error and it locks up my Flip videos, can't upload new videos, can't access ones already on my MacBook. How to check battery is another question. I just need an old manual for this item. Thank you.
