I downloaded my videos into Flipshare, labeled the...

I downloaded my videos into Flipshare, labeled them, deleted them from the camera. When I returned to Flipshare the videos said "The Master video for this file could not be found, etc." But when I go to Movies (on my Mac), I found all of the videos that I labeled in the FlipShare Data->Video folder. What's up?
