Question About FujiFilm Camcorder 2600
memory card...

I have recently had problems with my memory card. Saying card error or card not initialized. I bought a new card and still having problems. I have tried to format it but still no change. Now it says card error or write error. Can anyone help me please?

0 Are you using the camera to format the card ? I had a similar problem with a 3V 16MB card in my Fuji MX1200. I used the "Format" capability, oddly located in the "Trashcan"/erase mode, but it "initialized"/formatted the card with no problems or error messages after that. Hopefully you have a similar format function on your camera. The URL I'm referencing here is for the MX-1200, but you may find your camera elsewhere on this excellent site (not mine).
