hi, i thought i finished the cartridge (because the label is now zero) so i opened a new one. then when i put the new one on, i know im supposed to press the shutter so the cartridge cover will come out first... well, i pressed the shutter but nothing happened. so then i checked the old cartridge, it still has film! so i put it back in there, still, nothing happened.. i need help please. thank you
