i have a fujifilm hs25 exr. i turned onn the camer...

i have a fujifilm hs25 exr. i turned onn the camera by pressing the shoot button. but when i am trying to turn off the machine it seems that the on off roller doesent work. is it a problem of the camera software or the roller is broken?
