lines across pictures...

when i take pictures i get lines across the pictures!!! how do i fix this??

0 its been only a month since i bought this cam.. i dont know what happen but it doesnt work for outdoor. if its in the dark lines disappear but in outdoor pictures taken would show with lines all over the picture taken.
