I am unable to connect camera to computer to import photos etc...keeps coming up as 'failed"

0 Not sure about the 735 but on the 730 if the USB mode is set to anything other than PC it will give this error when trying to connect it to a PC. There are 3 settings under the USB Mode, 1) PC.. {this is the one you want} 2) PC(PTP).. 3) Printer.
