IWhen I'm turning on the camera the status light is staying on a solid red. The shutter is open and the switch is on taking photo mode but the screen is off and the usb isn't connected. I put fresh batteries in but this didn't solve the problem either. The camera was working for a while but after a while it froze in this status...what can i do to fix it
