I have Grundig DCL 10 camcorder. Takes good picure...

I have Grundig DCL 10 camcorder. Takes good picures but unable to transfer the pictures on tape from the camcorder. Do you have any answers?? Camcorder is made in Japan. Do you need more info? Ted
