Hello the problem I'm having is the transformer voltage output is 13.38volts DC but the return on the video is only 7.97volts DC and no signal on the tv. I realize this is probably due to a bad connection but I was just wondering how much voltage from the video feed do I need to show a picture? Also can you tell me which wires do what coming from the camera? For instance the yellow wire is video feed the green is ground and so on. Thank you
