What is the color code for the 4 wires Yellow, bla...

What is the color code for the 4 wires Yellow, black, green and white? Is it safe to assume that the yellow wire is for the video? Which one is power and which one is ground? Does this camera have audio? Last question is How many volts? DC? 9? 12? The cord has been cut off of mine. Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thank you. ~Aaron~
