Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Digital Camera E427
low battery...

I bought my hp digital camera feb 07.Since that time i have not fully enjoyed the product.The problem has always been low battery,i bought a rechargable battery "AA" which i charged for 6hrs,i insert it into the battery compartment and within 2mins it was showing low battery i have'nt even taken a shot. Pls can you help. Thank you
