Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Digital Photo Frame HP df300a4
Is my unit charged?...

After charging for about 3 hours when I boot up my frame in battery mode the battery icon in the upper left corner has the besk top blue color inside the icon. Should this not be red to show the batter is fully charged? Also, when I plug in the charger the unit does not boot up?? Problem???
