Turned on printer and got the Ink System Failure Error 0xc05d1281. Tried powering down and unplugging everything, reconnecting and powering on. Removed all ink cart and put them back in (fairly new) . I tried to clean the print heads produced same error. downloaded diag tool, ran it and it found no problems. Can't find a place that fixes them in my area Manassas Virginia 20109 Printer is HP Photosmart c8100 all in one series
