Need to get information either from a manual or live help about difficulties with playback. At times, nothing happens. Won't even turn on. Then it does, and I can forward and rewind. However, after the first few minutes of working ok, the picture suddenly goes to snow and vertical lines...what is happening, and how do I fix it? Is the answer in the manual? If so, how do I download it? I keep getting a "server error" message when I click on the link to download the manual. - Lindsey
