camera wont switch on...

when i try to switch camera on the hitachi screen flashes a few times and then goes off again

0 This always happens to my Hitachi Camera as well. You have to change the batteries very frequently and you cannot take the camera out into very cold weather. That is usually the cause of the camera not working. Try getting very good quality batteries and see what happens.
