Question About Insignia Camcorder NS-DV720P
Audio download problem...

When I download video onto my computer I only get the video and no sound. I'm using the supplied software.

0 I have the same issue. I can view & hear on the camcorder, and view & hear when plugged into my TV. But when I go USB to the computer, video only-- no audio. Any clues on this?

0 Same problem, everything is fine on the camcorder playback but no audio on the computer. I have tried everything I have googled so far, would love some input from anyone who has an idea.
