I have Insignia Camcorder NS-DCC5HB09. I can't get my camera/camcorder to power up and can't seem to find the charger. I tried to see if it would charge by hooking it up to my laptop but taht didn't work. I cant find the part/adapter/charger I need to re-charge the battery. Is the battery not rechargeable, therefore, I have to buy a new battery??
