Question About Insignia Camcorder NS-DCC5HB09
computer program...

I have a Insignia NW-DCC5SR09. When plugging it an the memory sticks into my desk top Dell, xp pro it reads everything fine. When I plug into my Dell laptop it only reads the audio and not the visual. Any ideas. What program should you have to run everything.

0 Whatever software your using to view your video dosn't like .AVI format. Which what the Igsignia camcorder uses. Quicktime and Windows Media Player won't play .AVI format and will you will probably need a download update. Try that and post your result.
