Question About Insignia Camcorder NS-DCC5HB09

Can i know the way to put a video from my computer to my insignia camera whit the wire to convert the plug from USB to the camera. I tried to put the video in DCIM folder, 100PHOTO, 200 MOVIE, in MP3, but when i looked in the camera m video was not there. Of course, i got a 8gb memory card whit nothing on it. Please help, Francois.
