My grandson's Insignia Camera Model NS DSC 1110 A ...

My grandson's Insignia Camera Model NS DSC 1110 A won't turn on. The lens is extended. When we try to turn it on it buzzes, screen illuminates, musical notes and three beeps, it then turns off. The lens never moves. Can this camera be fixed? If so how? The camera was functioning properly and then just stopped.
