I want to show the pictures that I viewed when we ...

I want to show the pictures that I viewed when we recieved the frame in the mail from our daughter.. I cannot find them . They were listed as "Demo Mode" How can I retrieve them again. I am looking for Product Support, not a membership in any organization.
