We were given this frame for Christmas. The frame would not work. Pictures appeared but we could not get to Menu, could not change the order of pics, could not get to home screen, could do anything. Returned to Best Buy and they exchanged it for another one. Same problems. We have checked all batteries-they are good. The little light in the remote has never come on with either frame. Could you please tell us what is wrong? We have followed every direction and are quite familiar with electronics.
