battery ran low - message came on "access - communicating with battery symbol " Tried to recharge battery and was unsuccessful. Camera will not operate even when plugged in to 110 ac. Blue Access light is on whenever power to camera is on. Cannot download any files to computer. The camera seems "frozen" Any clue on how to get rid of the blue access light and recover existing files? Thanks for your help.
