Question About JVC Camcorder GR-SXM26
not working...

when switching on unit the following message appears on screen, E02 unit in safeguard mode please detach and reconnect battery, this does not solve problem and all the control buttons are inoperable.are there any simple solutions I can do as the camera is old and I would not be sending it for repair
