My camera won´t play back videos, says " Safeguard Mode, remove and reattach battery." Which doesn´t work, and it won´t upload onto the computer either. And can i clean the head with the lens cleaning kit? Or any other way? Must I buy a kit? This camera was a gift from my parents, but they lost the manual. I don´t even know exactly what model it is, I Think its about 3-4 years old. I would appreciate any help.
