Question About JVC Camcorder GZ-MG155U
What kind of format does this come out as?...

I use a jvc gz-mg155u hard disk camcorder. I have a mac computer. I am unable to upload my camera to the mac computer & don't know why. I don't know what kind of format the home movies come out as. Please help me

1 I don't have my manual and I can't figure out how to delete the data from my camera. My daughters birthday party is in 1/2 hour and my memory is full!
