When I turn cam on, a message flash indicating the lens cap is not removed, then thereafter all seems normal, except!!! the screen shows no visual, and when I record, only sound is recorded but no video or picture. Can you please advise how to fix this problem. all other functions seem normal. I have re-set as well as reset to factory settings

0 Problem is not solved. Nothing in manual refers to this problem. I there a FAQ or fault finding JVC website?
