Question About JVC Digital Camera GR-D350U
downloading from camera to computer...

I am having difficulty downloading moving pictures from my video camera to the laptop. I am using a 4 pin fire wire cable . the manual says that all I need to do is plug it in and start the camera but nothing is happening. The computer is not seeing the camera.
