Question About JVC Digital Camera GR-D371U
Need help with downloading video to computer...

I recorded some video on my digital recorder. It was set to record on "video". So, i have the video on a cassette. How do i get the video on my computer? I have tried to download it, but can not seem to figure it out. Thanks for your help.

0 I have had the same problem where I have tons of tapes but can't import the video to the computer so that I may burn the videos to discs. My brother and his wife have the same camera and can't figure it out either. Any clue???

0 I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE DONE IT ON A PREVIOUS COMPUTER. CAN'T FIND THE SOFTWARE DVD. IS THAT WHY THIS COMPUTER WON'T RECOGNIZE MY CAMCORDER,. IF SO WHERE CAN I GET THE SOFTEWARE DOWNLOAD FROM.
