Question About JVC Digital Camera GZ-HD300
transferring data to PC...

I have tried to upload video footage from the camcorder to three different pc's without success. I am without manuals, however, software has been downloaded, still no luck. is there an easy way to do this or is it because I need other downloads and drivers to complete this task

0 To add to the previous entry. i have got as far as backing up the files on the software provided. A message comes up: 10 ERROR. Failed to copy file from E/Private/JVC/CAMJEVNT/XML. I did manage to burn the files to DVD however, the sound was fine, the video was very jerky and kept stopping.I have made attempts on three different pc's one o fwhich had 3gig of ram and had the same result.

0 I too am having problems with this piece of user unfriendly rubbish, the manual does not even tell the user how to download files from the camera to your pc hard drive, what the hell is the use of that for for a user that is not a computer whizz, do not purchase JVC unless you are an expert. I want my money back.
