Video camera says to insert cleaning disk. It work...

Video camera says to insert cleaning disk. It works but lines across the screen. What do I need to do it didn't come with a cleaning disk?

0 I am having trouble recording, I am getting a message that says the following "unit in safeguard mode, remove and reattach battery. Does anyone know what I can do, I've tried removing the battery and reattaching it, and the message still shows?
