We are using a VN-V686WPU camera and facing problems with its PTZ Controller. We can see images; we can change the camera’s zoom and focus in the PTZ window; but we can not make any rotation (neither pan nor tilt) nor set positions. The motors seem to work, as they move in both pan and tilt during the camera’s initialization. The version of the browser used is Internet Explorer 6.0 running on Windows XP SP3. We have tried with firmware versions 1.01 and 1.05 with no success
