Question About Kodak Camcorder zm1
Even though Arcsoft is loaded on my pc when I conn...

Even though Arcsoft is loaded on my pc when I connect the Zm1 and attempt upload and play the whole program shuts down. I have Windows XP home, other programs on my computer that possible could interfere are windows media player, Ovi and Nero any ideas why this happens
