Question About Kodak Digital Camera MX1063
camera wont turn on...

the lens wont come out when i turn on the power. and it wont turn on at all. the green light blinks once and it wont power on when the lens wont come out. i've tried a lot of things to try and get it to work but it just wont. should i take it to the store for someone to fix it ?

1 i have charged the battery and the green light comes on for a second then turns red.
