Question About Kodak Digital Camera C743
downloading pictures from C743 to computer...

After multiple tries, have not been able to download from C743 to computer. Have removed and reinstalled hardware and still not connecting. Control panel shows software installed. Took the memory card out and had photoshop download pictures to a disc but cannot download pictures I have taken recently. Help.
