I have a Kodak easyshare Z712 IS camera and it has had very little use, the problem that I am having is transfering pictures to my computer. The computer does pick up the conection via the USB cable, but then a menue pops up and reads connot read files. I have tried it on other USB ports and re installed the disc to repair the program. Do you have any other advice. Thanks
