i cant figure out how to upload pictures and i have been trying for 3 months please help

1 MY brand new MX1063 was working perfectly till last week and i left the camera with minimal power Today I found the camera with no indications of working Please someone help me I tried to do USB charge as well as power cable charge but still its not working I want the light in it to glow atleast! :(
