My daughter-in-law dropped my camera chip into the photo frame without an adapter on it. It fell right into the frame and cannot be removed. I took it to a camera repair shop that deals with Kodak products but they could not open the back cover to remove the chip. Where do I send it for removal? I just received the picture frame for my b'day last week. Help!
