Question About Kodak Digital Photo Frame SV-710
not operating...

When I plug in the frame and connect it to my picture, I cannot get any response when following the instructions. The camera is on, the frame is on, but it does not respond to the handheld. This is brand new, I have only had it 2 days and it has never worked. Please, what is wrong, I have also tried it with the computer but, same thing.
