Question About Kodak Photo Printer ESP 3
washed out and streaks...

My neighbor has an esp3 that she does not use enough and the ink dries out. After installing new cartridges the other day, the printer nozzels will not clean and the photos are pale and off color. Will a new print head fix this, is so how can we get one?
