I have a Manfrotto 276 Junior Mono. I just realize...

I have a Manfrotto 276 Junior Mono. I just realized that two of the clamps for the extension have cracks on them. It doesn't tighten up as it should be. The crack is getting wider and deeper. Where can I get it fixed or get the parts?
