My Norcent DC-1020 Camera got water damaged. As a result, It only turns on then shuts back off. Can you help me to try and correct this problem without buying a whole new camera. It was given to me as a gift. I never filled out anything concerning a warranty for the camera. It was given to me as a gift christmas 2008. Would the camera be stilled covered under warranty without a receipt or anything? Help
