0 I know this is old and you probably found a solution.. but for others i guess, have you tried just plugging the camera in and turning it on? I didn't install the software, and with vista a window just pops up asking what I want to do with it. I open folder to view files, then click on the folder in that folder, and there's your pictures. from there, just highlight them, then drag them into the folder you want them in.
