Question About Norcent Technologies Digital Camera None
I turn the camera on and it goes on and shuts off...

I turn the camera on and it goes on and shuts off all in a couple of seconds after 3 beeps. The Telephoto lense is out and it won't go back in. I put in 3 sets of new batteries and nothing changes.
